New Student & Family Programs facilitates the success of new students through their first year at Texas A&M University by providing them with the framework to adjust to the expectations, standards, academic rigors, and social community here at A&M. Additionally, we recognize the important role that family members play in a student's college success and we strive to equip families with resources to aid their student.

We run New Student Conferences, Howdy Week, Family Weekend, and the Aggie Orientation Leader Program. We also oversee the Aggie Parent & Family Communication Portal and put out numerous publications to help first year students and their families keep up with the happenings in Aggieland.
