The Division of Student Affairs recognizes that critical incidents can significantly impact students in a community of more than 80,000. The Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) operates 24/7, providing specialized support, resources, and assistance to help students stabilize and return to their academic pursuits.

Several food and basic toiletry resources are available to you both on and off campus. Schedule an appointment with a Student Assistance Services (SAS) case manager to find the best options for your situation — we’re here to help you get connected.

The Former Foster and Adopted Aggie (FFAA) program supports foster care alumni, including students who aged out of the system or were adopted. We can help you navigate financial aid, tuition exemptions, housing, transportation, health care, campus employment, and other available resources.

Pocket Pantries across campus provide immediate access to non-perishable food and toiletries for students experiencing food insecurity — a first step toward connecting you with additional support resources. Look for the Pocket Pantry symbol on your way to class.

The Closet aims to support students who may be experiencing hardships such as homelessness, financial difficulties, or the aftermath of an apartment fire or natural disaster. This resource is open to all Aggies in need and offers a variety of gender-neutral materials including clothes and shoes.
Legal Concerns
Mediation
We offer free mediation to all Texas A&M students as an option to help resolve conflicts and disagreements between students. Mediation is facilitated by a neutral third party in a safe, confidential environment and covers a range of issues — from civil and commercial disputes to family and interpersonal disagreements.
