Provides advanced support to the Director and Senior Associate Director, handling confidential matters, supervising staff, coordinating office procedures, and managing events. This role maintains high-level campus interactions and contributes to the development of the department.

Frontline contact for student services, managing inquiries and referrals, and scheduling. Supports senior staff with administrative tasks, calendar management, and records as well as supervises student employees and maintains office professionalism.

Student Care Consultant

Supports the areas of threat assessment, student care/support planning and implementation. Provides oversight to the rapid threat assessment process through support, guidance and education to staff as well as other campus partners involved in student care planning and intervention.

Oversees Student Assistance Services. Serves as university liaison to families of current students who pass away. Works with Traditions Council to oversee Silver Taps.
