FIRST SIX WEEKS CHALLENGE

  • Graphic that looks like an early 2000's computer screen with a window open and a few file folders on the screen.

The first six weeks of the freshman year are a crucial time for students to get into a groove and feel comfortable in their new environment. This period can set the tone for the rest of your college experience, and it's important to make the most of it. Take the First 6 Weeks Challenge to set yourself up for a safe, healthy, and successful semester.

Benefits of the challenge:

  • Build connections: meet fellow students and other members of the university community who can become part of your support system.
  • Gain confidence: familiarize yourself with campus resources and reinforce your own values and abilities.
  • Develop healthy habits: establish routines that promote physical and mental well-being, setting you up for long-term success.

Questions about the Challenge? Email Megan Buck, one of our Student Life staff members and she will be happy to answer any questions you have!
