AGGIE PARENT & FAMILY AMBASSADORS

Aggie Parent & Family Ambassadors (APFA) are a cohort of student leaders dedicated to selflessly serving the Aggie Family through fellowship and networking with fellow student leaders, as well as building, perpetuating and sharing what makes the Aggie Family so special. Aggie Parent & Family Ambassadors are representatives of New Student & Family Programs who seek to provide exceptional Aggie Family experiences.

Each year New Student & Family Programs will select up to 24 current students to serve as Aggie Parent & Family Ambassadors and four Lead Aggie Parent & Family Ambassadors.  The Aggie Parent & Family Ambassadors work directly with Family Weekend, the Aggie Parent & Family Connection, Parents of the Year,  as well as communication and outreach for all Aggie Families.

ORIENTATION LEADERS

Orientation Leaders (OLs) are a team of dedicated & diverse undergraduate students whose primary responsibility is to assist new students and their families with their transition into the Texas A&M University community and Aggie Family. They serve as resources, facilitators, and official representatives of the University during New Student Conference (NSC) programs.  Becoming an Orientation Leader is a unique honor and a rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth.
