PURCHASE ORDERS
The Purchase Order Form is to be completed by the purchaser within three days of the purchase. The purchaser must fill out all required information, including account number and receipt, in order to be able to submit the form to BSO for processing. Once processed by BSO, you will receive an email copy of the form. If you have any questions, please reach out to Bridgette Gray.
MISSING RECEIPTS
If you are missing receipt for a purchase, you must complete this form. The form must be signed off on by your supervisor to serve as documentation in lieu of a receipt. If you have any questions, please reach out to Bridgette Gray.
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Please use the BSO Bookings page to select a time to pick up or drop off travel cards, deposits, go through Concur, or ask questions about anything else finance related. Please make sure you select the correction option so we know what to expect. If you have a different issue or need additional time, please reach out to Bridgette Gray.
CORRECTIONS REQUEST
If you need to get account information changed on an existing PO, please fill out the Corrections Request as soon as possible. Once the correction has been processed by the BSO team, you will receive an email confirmation and copy of the request. Please note, this form is to be submitted per correction needed and only when accounts need changed. If you have any questions, please reach out to Bridgette Gray.
TAX EXEMPT FORM
Do not pay Texas sales tax! The Texas A&M University System is always exempt from Texas state sales tax and can be exempt from federal taxes and other state taxes. State employees should provide the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate form to the vendor when making a purchase.
HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX
When staying at a hotel within the state of Texas, employees are exempt from the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax. The State Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate should be provided to the hotel at the time of check-in.
TEXAS VEHICLE RENTAL TAX
When renting a vehicle within the state of Texas, employees are exempt from the Texas Motor Vehicle Tax. The Motor Vehicle Rental Exemption Certificate should be provided to the rental agency when picking up the vehicle.
