PREGNANT & PARENTING INITIATIVES

The Women’s Resource Center is dedicated to eliminating barriers that prevent students from fully accessing their educational opportunities. To that end, the center has compiled online resources for pregnant and parenting students.
Breastfeeding Welcomed Here Campaign

The Breastfeeding Welcomed Here campaign is designed to assist lactating individuals find resources about breastfeeding and lactation spaces on campus. As a part of the Women's Resource Center's mission to make education more accessible to women, we have compiled a list of campus buildings which offer spaces for lactating mothers to breastfeed their children or pump.

Campus Resources and Student Rights

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the rights of pregnant and parenting students and some of the on-campus resources available to students.  For more in-depth information and personal assistance, please contact Student Assistance Services at 979.845.3113 or the Women's Resource Center at 979.845.8784.

The Little Aggie

The Little Aggie is a resource guide for Aggie parents with information about local activities for children, information about local medical providers, and suggested questions for childcare providers.  Please note, Texas A&M University does not endorse any medical or childcare provider and recommends that all parents do their own research to determine the best provider for their child(ren).
