You are welcome to request a presentation for May and beyond. Staff from Health Promotion are happy to do presentations for the Texas A&M University community! We provide interactive presentations focusing on a variety of topics, and we can work with you to tailor a presentation that fits the needs of your group. For presentations on bystander intervention, please visit the Green Dot Program. For presentations on responding to and reporting incidents of power-based personal violence, please visit the STAND Up Workshop. Presentations are primarily geared toward students but are also available to Texas A&M University System affiliates, former students, TAMU Mother's Clubs, and the Bryan/College Station community. Requirements: Advance notice of 14 days (2 weeks) minimum for standard presentation requests (the available presentations in the drop down list). 1 month for custom presentations not listed and/or significant customizations to a standard presentation. Minimum of 10 attendees in the audience unless prior arrangements have been made with Health Promotion staff. Presentation must begin at the agreed upon time. ***Health Promotion reserves the right to cancel the presentation should there be minimal attendance, a significantly delayed start time, or other disruptive activity.
