Are you looking for a place to live? Are you in need of a roommate?
There are several resources available to aid you in your off campus housing and/or roommate search.
You can access the off campus housing database, AggieSearch, from any computer at any time. On this site, you can quickly search for housing and/or roommates. Narrow your results in an advanced search by selecting a price range, the size of the facility you want to rent, or how far or close to campus you want to reside. You will also find featured properties and new listings on the front page.
Off Campus Survival Manual
This annual publication provides a fold out map of the Bryan/College Station community as well as a basic listing of complex amenities. You can also scan through apartment and real estate advertisements to look at possible housing options. In addition, the manual contains helpful forms and strategies for a more successful search and renting experience. To request a hard copy of the manual, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each February, 50+ leasing agencies and apartment complexes reserve tables in the Memorial Student Center to provide detailed information to students and parents looking for information about living off campus. Local community services, such as the Bryan/College Station police departments, recycling and university departments, such as Transportation Services and Dining Services, also sponsor booths to provide valuable information for you as an off campus student. Don’t miss out on this one-stop rental property shopping opportunity.
These businesses provide a free service to you as you search for off campus housing. Locator services function as a listing service for small property owners trying to find renters for their units. These services are especially helpful if you are looking for houses, duplexes, fourplexes, and townhomes. Feel free to contact any or all of them directly for information on specific properties they may have available.
