HOUSING FAIR 2018 coming Fall 2018!

It may seem early to begin looking for off-campus housing for next year, but the Bryan/College Station market runs differently. Many properties will begin asking you to resign your lease in January or February, so start looking now if you're interested in finding a new place to live or moving off-campus altogether! Housing Fair has been moved from February to October for this reason. So come pick up information about a variety of properties in the area, so you can take your time to make an informed decision over the winter break. There will be over 60 properties in attendance with lots of information and giveaways. And be sure to pick up your new Off-Campus Survival Manual!

Changes in Rental Registration

Do you or your parents own rental property in College Station? If so, check out this brochure to learn more about recent changes to the city ordinance regarding rental registration.

Did you know that city code states only 4 unrelated persons may live together? If you're living with more than four, your property manager/owner is in violation, and you could be evicted if they are caught and your name isn't on the lease. Be sure to get your lease in writing and make sure your name is listed on it! Verbal promises from landlords that it is "OK" to have 6 unrelated people living together are not valid.

Step In. Stand Up.

Putting a stop to sexual violence and sexual assault begin with each one of us taking the collective first step towards change. Together, we step in to support the survivors and stand up against these senseless acts of violence. Together, we will change perceptions, conversations, and communities.  We will serve and protect others -- like all Aggies are called to do. With integrity, respect, and service, we will stop this behavior one step at a time.
