We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the rights of pregnant and parenting students and some of the on-campus resources available to students. As a part of the Women's Resource Center's mission to make education more accessible to women, we have compiled a list of campus buildings which offer spaces for lactating mothers to breastfeed their children or pump.
The Little Aggie is a resource guide for Aggie parents with information about local activities for children, information about local medical providers, and suggested questions for childcare providers. Please note, Texas A&M University does not endorse any medical or childcare provider and recommends that all parents do their own research to determine the best provider for their child(ren).We are currently updating the Little Aggie and plan to publish an updated version in April 2017.
There are many local, state, and national resources available to pregnant and parenting students covering a variety of issues from maternal health, to breastfeeding, to childcare. For information about these resources, visit our Off Campus Resources page. This page is currently being redeveloped, and will be finalized during late spring 2017.
