connection with an alleged incident of student misconduct.

parties to disclose the contents of student records maintained by SCRS.
- Computer Violations: Students using peer-to-peer (P2P) file
sharing programs to swap or share copyrighted media over TAMU Network
resources may be charged with violating University Student Rules.
Students who repeatedly abuse network resources in this manner may also
have their TAMU Network access terminated by Texas A&M University.

of legal advice and counseling that can be provided to students
