How do I sign up for F.A.C.T.?
Interested individuals can register to make calls by completing the
online volunteer registration form.

Is there training involved?
No training is necessary.  Each volunteer is provided with a handbook which includes a sample script as well as many resources and referrals to help answer any question a student may have.

How can my department or office get involved?
If your office or department would like to volunteer, please email New Student Programs or call 845-5826 or more information.

What is the F.A.C.T. Challenge?
New Student Programs is challenging departments and offices around campus to participate in First-time Aggie Contact Team by sponsoring a night of calling from their own offices. The group that makes the most calls wins for their category. For more information, please call (845-5826) or email New Student Programs

Any campus department/office can register to compete in this category.  The following departments have already taken the challenge:

  • Department of Financial Aid
  • Recreational Sports
  • Offices of the Dean of Student Life
  • Student Health Services
  • Student Counseling Service
  • Department of Residence Life - Central Office
