New Student & Family Programs Advertising Interest Form
New Student & Family Programs (NSFP) offers a variety of advertising opportunities for businesses that have an interest in reaching new students and their family members. By submitting this form, we can better determine your needs and effectively incorporate your group into our programming.
After submitting this form, our office will contact you about upcoming opportunities.
Possible opportunities for advertisements:
New Student Conferences: Mandatory orientation program for all incoming undergraduate Aggies. Each year, we welcome over 13,000 students and 17,000 family members to campus throughout the summer and spring.
Opportunities include: Advertisement in the New Student Handbook and/or family calendar, gift cards or prizes.
Family Weekend: Held each spring, students welcome thosands of Aggie parents and family members for a weekend and have a chance to express their gratitude to those who have impacted their lives.
Opportunities include: Advertisement in brochure and on website, coupons, banner display, promotional items/giveaways, event sponsorship, food service.
Gig ‘Em Week: Aggieland’s official Week of Welcome takes place the week before the fall semester begins and is full of events and opportunities for new and returning students.
Opportunities include: Advertisement in brochure and on website; coupons, banner display, promotional items/giveaways.
Family Calendar: This yearly calendar, designed specifically for Aggie family members, serves as a guide to supporting their students. Over 16,000 calendars are distributed each year.
Opportunities include: Advertisements ranging from full page to monthly footers; all in full color.
Family Newsletter: A monthly electronic newsletter distributed to over 25,000 Aggie parents and family members via e-mail.

Gifts in Kind: The Office of New Student & Family Programs advises two student organizations with the mission of serving new students and their family members. There are over 200 student leaders involved in these groups.
Opportunities include: Food donations, giveaways for programs, advertisement through publications, donation of apparel.
