The Sex Project is a recognized student organization at Texas A&M University that strives to empower individuals to make informed decisions regarding sexual and reproductive health by providing awareness, education, and advocacy to the Texas A&M University student body and surrounding communities. Members of The Sex Project engage in multiple trainings and supplemental educational opportunities throughout the year to develop into competent peer health educators.

What does The Sex Project do?

Aside from personal and professional development in the field of sexual and reproductive health, The Sex Project hosts 3 Signature Programs throughout the year:

    • Q&A-style program that can be requested year-round by any student group

    • Valentine's Day-themed health fair event

    • Thanksgiving-themed health fair event

Peer Health Educators are trained and have the knowledge base to provide presentations on Methods of Contraception, Consensual Language, Anatomy and Physiology of our Reproductive Systems, Healthy Relationships, Body Image, and more.
