This annually-updated manual has resources to help you search for off campus housing in the Bryan/College Station Community. 

Included you will find with information on types of housing available, local properties amenities, guide to signing a lease, helpful forms, map of properties, utilities,  and other great resources.  No off-campus student should be without one! Come by our office in Cain Hall - Room C114 or request a Manual using the web form below.

Almost all the manual contents are also available to browse here on the website including our searchable database for off campus housing and roommates called Aggie Search!

An updated version is released every spring at the Off Campus Housing Fair.
