Keep the place lookin' nice

So maybe you aren't Martha Stewart and don't have every afternoon to keep stuff spotless, but everyone can at least keep the yard picked up, kept up, and looking neat and clean.  

• Mow your lawn on a regular basis
   
• Keep couches in the living room instead of the porch
   
• Put up the trash can within 12 hours after garbage is collected
   
• Don't overflow your garbage can

Disregarding these tips can be considered a violation of city codes.
Violations can result in fines.
