Here are some ways that you can "bee" a good neighbor:

Know Your Neighbors

No one says you have to be best of buddies, but it is a good idea to know their names and phone number incase of an emergency.  Find out more about how to know your neighbor.

Know how to party

No one says you can't party and have a good time, but when you do it is a good idea to think of your neighbors, because if the party gets out of hand, it will be them who will be calling the police.  Find out more ways to party responsibly.

Don't just pump up the volume

All of us have those songs or shows that we love to have the volume up loud on, but if the neighbors can hear it, it might be too loud.  A good test is if you can hear it at your property line, it is probably too loud.  Find other helpful hints on keeping the volume down.

Keep the place lookin' nice

So maybe you aren't Martha Stewart and don't have every afternoon to keep stuff spotless, but everyone can at least keep the yard picked up, kept up, and looking neat and clean.  Some ideas on how to keep the place lookin' nice.

Watch where you park

No one likes to live next to a junkyard or a parking lot.  While you may have more cars than spaces, you can't just use the yard as extended parking.  Some more helpful hints on how to park your cars and have the neighbors be happy.

Then there is the alternative...

You do of course have to choice to not bee a good neighbor, but if you do you run the risk of having conflict between you and your neighbor, and possible problems with the city.  See a list of noise and alcohol fines for the City of College Station.
