Adriana Mariscal: A Leader With A Heart of Gold

For junior genetics major Adriana Mariscal, the transition from San Antonio to Texas A&M was a culture shock. To embrace this change, Mariscal became involved in an array of multicultural based organizations including Excellence uniting Culture, Education and Leadership (ExCEL), whose goal is to assist others in making the same transition through a mentor based relationship.
