Presentation Requests


Staff from Health Promotion are happy to do presentations for the Texas A&M University community. We provide interactive presentations focusing on a variety of topics, and we will work with you to tailor a presentation that fits the needs of your group.

To request a presentation, please complete the form, and click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Presentation services are primarily geared toward students but are also available to Texas A&M University System affiliates, former students, TAMU Mother's Clubs, and the Bryan/College Station community. 


  • Advance notice of 14 days (2 weeks) minimum for standard presentation requests (the available presentations in the drop down list).
    • 1 month for custom presentations not listed and/or significant customizations to a standard presentation.
  • Minimum of 10 attendees in the audience unless prior arrangements have been made with Health Promotion staff.
  • Presentation must begin at the agreed upon time.
***Health Promotion reserves the right to cancel the presentation should there be minimal attendance, a significantly delayed start time, or other disruptive activity.

Presentations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to current staffing and scheduled programs/events, availability may be limited. Health Promotion MAY NOT be able to fulfill all requests.

Unless otherwise noted or requested, all topics can be adjusted to fill a 30 minute, 45 minute, or 1 hour presentation. Presentation content is PRE-SET. If you wish to add/change content, you may be asked to provide additional time to create a custom presentation.

If 'Other' was selected for length of presentation, please enter desired time here. Please note presentations are developed with specific content. Any additional information you would like covered may or may not be added, based on the discretion of Health Promotion. If there are significant requests for additions, Health Promotion may ask you to request a custom presentation instead.
